Xyngular Leaders: Scott and Annette Myrick

XYNGULAR: Give us a little background on yourself prior to joining Xyngular-how did you hear about Xyngular?

MYRICKS: Annette and I both grew up in small towns and I had no education past high school. We both came from very traditional working class environments. I was an Air Conditioning Contractor and Annette was a hair stylist and salon owner, but we always knew we wanted something more as far as income and time freedom. Even though we owned our own businesses, the reality was the businesses owned us. When we were introduced to Network Marketing 17 years ago ironically it was a company co-founded by Xyngular Co-Founder Ray Grimm, it really changed our lives. We absolutely fell in love with what Network Marketing had to offer from that experience. Throughout the years, we joined several companies and have earned millions of dollars, but really never found a company we were as passionate about as that very first company-until now! All we can say is, Xyngular feels like home and we see an incredibly bright future with possibilities beyond what we've ever experienced before.

XYNGULAR: Why did you decide to join Xyngular?

MYRICKS: We joined because of what we call the "Power of Knowing': It's the power of having complete confidence that anything is possible if you believe and start believing. We know Xyngular is the next explosive opportunity that exists today and we've been on a 17 year journey to be a part of it. Everything that we've learned has brought us to Xyngular and to this moment in time. This is the first time we have been able to get into a ground floor opportunity like this and we can't tell you how great that feels. Also, Annette and I love Xyngular's Pay Plan. We're now tied with the top person in the company, at the 24 Star level and have multiple five stars on our team that are racing to the top right behind us. The growth is unbelievable!

XYNGULAR: As a rookie in Xyngular,you have been extremely successful. To what do you attribute your FAST success?

MYRICKS: Again, for us, it goes back to the "Power of Knowing': We knew coming in that we've got one shot to build a fantastic story. And, we wanted a story that was worth telling five years down the road. So, from day one we have been looking for leaders that can help us and those on our team get to the next level-we are determined to stay on the gas pedal through this whole Xyngular ride. We don't coach effort when we bring people into Xyngular, rather we promote leadership. We also try to dig in and find out why people are in Xyngular, dig into their dreams and motivate them to take the steps to achieve those dreams. Effort is a given, but if people don't come in and apply what it takes to make things happen, they'll just be going through the motions. So, when they take one giant step, we take one giant step.

XYNGULAR: What has been your Product experience using the Xyngular Products?

MYRICKS: The first week Annette lost 4 pounds, a pant size, and felt like she was getting leaner. Both of us are in our 50's and we really understand the importance of a daily colon cleanse, so FLUSH is perfect. Annette and I both want to take care of ourselves. XYNGULAR, Teamwork is very important in Xyngular. What role has teamwork played in your success?

MYRICKS, We promote teams and their dreams because we know together everyone achieves more. Other people in Xyngular might do it a little differently, but ultimately our goal with this opportunity is to create a massive group of leaders just like us who want freedom, fortune and lifestyle. We're building our team by bringing in experienced Network Marketers, newcomers and long-time friends such as: Karen Quillian, who was introduced to Xyngular when we were, now she's a multiple Star. She's been a huge part of our growth and so has Terri Melilli. Terry came out swinging and she's building a strong team fast, too. Xyngular's opportunity is allowing us to reunite with old friends from our early Network Marketing days, like Rick and Karen Smith and Jeff Harrison. We're really getting back to our roots. All the people on our team are already multiple stars and they are on fire. WHY?
